Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). In rare cases, high order volume may cause slight delays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.

Please Note: Occasionally, certain items may be backordered, which can result in additional shipping delays.

Carrier Partners:
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the possession of the carrier. While we monitor shipments, we do not control transit times or handling after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order:
For the most accurate and real-time updates, please use your tracking number and refer directly to the carrier’s website.

Shipping Insurance:
All orders include shipping insurance, covering packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Lost Packages:
A waiting period of 20 business days from the carrier’s pickup date is required before a package can be declared lost and an insurance claim initiated.

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. To process a claim, clear photographs of:

• The damaged product
• The shipping packaging (both inner and outer)

are required, as per our insurance provider’s guidelines.

Theft Disclaimer:
Shipping insurance does not cover packages marked as successfully delivered but later reported as stolen. ShedX Peptides is not liable for stolen packages.
