Due to the sensitive nature of our research products and the risk of tampering, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item arrives damaged or is suspected to be defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
For defective claims, proof is required in the form of an HPLC test result from an accredited laboratory. Anecdotal claims will not be accepted. Clear photographic evidence must also be provided.
Upon review and approval, ShedX Peptides may, at its discretion, issue a replacement or refund for the affected product.
Missing Items:
If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details of the missing product.
All orders are processed using a double-verification checklist system, and photographic records are maintained for 3 business days. If your claim is verified, we will promptly ship the missing item.
Fraud Prevention:
To maintain order accuracy and prevent fraudulent claims, all packages are photographed with their shipping labels prior to dispatch.
For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.
